Privacy and updates

Hudson Driver is Jay Sperry’s driving journal. If you choose to subscribe, we store your email address, consent wording and date, and the campaign or page that led you here. The signup is optional. We use that list for Hudson Driver notes and Bagsy launch news.

We record page views, tool-link clicks and signups with campaign tags and an approximate browser-session identifier. We do not record rider names, ride addresses or payment information. We use session storage for attribution during a browser visit; we do not use advertising trackers or sell the list.

Basic abuse prevention uses a temporary daily hash of a network address, not the raw address. Visitor event records are kept for up to 90 days. Email records are kept until you request removal or unsubscribe.
